He is laying in bed, playing with his toys.

There was a lot of fighting, spaceship, explosion and dalek noises - about twenty minutes of this.

Then a pause and (pretending to be Dr Who character:)

"Phew, that was a hard battle for the universe. I really need a sit down and have a nice cup of tea."
