Things that have made me smile

My daughter is mad keen on Enid Blyton - we are currently working our way through Secret Seven books. If you haven't read a Secret Seven book recently I can thoroughly recommend "Fun for the Secret Seven". The best bit by far is at the end when all the Seven catch a horse thief and set about beating the crap out of them, including Mum and Dad who join in just for the fun of it.

Then there is the discussion of vegitarianism. My MB is a veggie, he just doesn't like meat in any form. My daughter wanted to know if you just eat fruit, are you a fruititarian :)

Then there was the "I miss Dad" comment from OD, as he is away on a jaunt. EB said how he doesn't miss him, he remembers him fine. OD says how she can't remember what her dad looks like (!) and EB says "Bald head, stubbly face and really big feet - easy"

It's the little things.....
